Six-to-ten-week-old C57BL/6J mice were anesthetized and 10 μl of PBS, corn oil with 10% DMSO, or corn oil with 10% DMSO and 5 mg/ml of olcegepant was injected intradermally into the dorsal side of the ear pinna. After 16 hours, the animals were sacrificed and the injected area of the ear was separated and prepared for flow cytometry analysis.
