Mouse breast cancer cell line 4T1 and mouse macrophage RAW264.7 (M0 macrophage) were purchased from the Cell Bank of Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (Shanghai, China) and cultured in DMEM supplemented with 1% penicillin/streptomycin and 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS, v/v) in a humidified incubator with 5% CO2 at 37 ℃.
Female Balb/c mice (6 ~ 8 weeks) were purchased from the Shanghai Silaike Laboratory Animal Limited Liability Company. The experiments were performed in accordance with national regulations and was approved by Ethics Committee of the Institution on Laboratory Animal Care in Zhejiang University.
