2.16. Cell EdU incorporation and immunofluorescence staining

An EdU staining kit (RiboBio, {"type":"entrez-nucleotide","attrs":{"text":"C10310","term_id":"1535381","term_text":"C10310"}}C10310) was used to detect CF proliferation, following the manufacturer's instructions. The CFs were digested and incubated with EdU, and the nuclei were stained with DAPI. Images were captured using an Olympus fluorescence microscope (IX83, Japan). The percentage of EdU-positive cells was calculated using Image J software.
