HCC Patients who had received RFA in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University between July 2014 and June 2021 were screened, and 65 patients with sufficient samples were enrolled. This study was approved by Institutional Review Board of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, and performed in accordance with Declaration of Helsinki. Patients enrolled in this study had written informed consent before treatment and sample donation.
