Reverse transcription quantitative PCR assay

Total RNA was extracted using TRIzol Reagents (TransGen Biotech, Beijing, China) and was synthesized complementary DNA (cDNA) with a reverse transcriptase kit (APExBIO) following the manufacturer’s instructions. Subsequently, RT-qPCR analysis was performed using SYBR Green I Master Mix kit (APExBIO). Each sample was analyzed in triplicate using a Bioer LineGene 9600 thermal cycler (Bioer Technology Co., Ltd., Hangzhou, China). The primer sequences used in this study were listed in Supporting Information Table S4.
