C₆₀ fullerene was obtained from Beijing Fullcan Co. Ltd., China. Oliver oil was purchased from Coreysa (Spain). 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine hydrochloride (MPTP), levodopa (L-DOPA) and benserazide (Ben) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (USA). Donepezil was obtained from Adamas (China). The anesthetic of avertin made up by 2,2,2-tribromoethanol and 2-methyl-2-butanol and calcium colorimetric assay kit were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich. Elisa kits of dopamine (DA), 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC), homovanillic acid (HVA), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were purchased from Shanghai enzyme-linked Biotechnology Co. Ltd. (China). The primary antibody of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH), occludin, claudin1, Muc2, CD68, and cytochrome c were purchased from Abcam (UK). The mitochondria/cytosol fractionation kits were purchased from Abcam (UK). All reagents and solvents were commercially obtained and used without further purification.
