OG2 mice (Jackson laboratory, #004654) and ICR (CD-1) mice (Outbred, albino, LabDiet® 5053 (Complete life-cycle) Harlan UK Ltd, UK 1998) were bred in the Centre for Comparative Medicine Research (CCMR) at the University of Hong Kong. All experiments related to animals were authorized by licenses from the Hong Kong Government Department of Health and the University of Hong Kong Committee on the Use of Live Animals in Teaching and Research (CULATR No. 4855-18).
