Statistical Analysis

Statistical analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS Inc., V. 17, Chicago, IL, USA). Data were expressed as means±standard error (SE) of the means. The independent sample t-test was used to detect differences in corneal thickness, IOP, and aqueous flare between the two groups at each time point. Mann-Whitney U tests were used to analyze differences in signs and symptoms scores between the two groups at different time points. Differences were defined as significant at P<0.05.
