2.8.1. Ultimate Tensile Strength (UTS)

The UTS shows the film’s maximum allowable tensile stress [74,75,76]. The UTS property of the bioplastic sample was calculated by dividing the maximum load causing the film failure by the cross-sectional area of the film, as explained in Table 1 [74,75,76].
