Differential expression and enrichment analysis were performed using the Sanger box tools, a free online platform for data analysis (http://www.sangerbox.com/tool). The DEGs with P value < 0.05 and a |log2fold change (FC)|≥ 2 were considered statistically significant. The enrichment terms with P value of < 0.05 were considered statistically significant.
