Mitochondrial membrane potential (Δψm) assay

The depolarization of Δψm was measured using a Mitochondrial Membrane Potential Assay kit with JC-1 (Bestbio). According to the manufacturer's instructions, the treated and collected cells were stained with JC-1 for 30 min at 37°C and observed using a flow cytometer (BD Biosciences). Finally, the data were gathered and analyzed using FlowJo 10.6.2 software (BD Biosciences).
