Lentiviral transduction of fibroblasts from all three patients as well as a control was performed using the MRPL39 open reading frame (ORF) (NM_017446.4) cloned into the lentiviral vector pF-5xUAS-MCS-SV40-puroGal4ERT2VP16 (GEV16)-W as previously described (78), following 21 days of selection, cells were harvested for SDS-PAGE Immunoblotting.
