Whole‐body PBPK (WB‐PBPK) models of LEV and the metabolite ucb L057 in adults, hepatic and renal impairment, and elderly populations were developed using the population‐based PBPK simulator PK‐Sim (version 11, Open Systems Pharmacology Suite, https://www.open‐systems‐pharmacology.org/), using the Monte Carlo algorithm for parameter identification. Visualization of published clinical data using GetData Graph Digitizer (version 2.25.0.32, S. Fedorov, http://www.getdata‐graph‐digitizer.com/) software. Plots were generated in GraphPad Prism 8. PK parameters were calculated using noncompartmental model analysis in Phoenix WinNonlin 8.1 software (Pharsight, Mountain View, CA; https://www.certara.com/software/phoenix‐winnonlin/).
