All Arabidopsis mutants and transgenics are in the Col-0 accession (wild type, WT). A. thaliana genetic materials including xth25, asil1-1, nac089 and kaku4-2 were described previously75–79, except all 35S::SIEC lines, which were generated in this study, and the chladr, drb4, tcp9, AT3G29270 (Ring/U-Box protein), zfp5 and ef-hand mutants, which were described in this study. Growth conditions for specific experiments are given below in the Arabidopsis growth and transgenic lines section.
