We employed the photodynamic laser treatment equipment LED-IB type (Wuhan Ya Daylight Electric Technology Co. LTD) and aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride topical powder (Shanghai Fudan-Zhangjiang Bio-Pharmaceutical co, LTD, China) as raw materials. 1.5 mL of thermogel was used to create a 20% dispersant solution, which was then produced, applied, and covered with a specific plastic lid for 4 hours. The cervix and endocervical canal were exposed to a red laser with a wave length of 633 nm and an energy density of 80 J/cm2 for 30 minutes. For a total of 3 to 6 sessions, photodynamic treatment was given every 7 to 10 days. The participants selected one of the treatment plans before entering the research. Throughout PDT therapy, patients were attentively watched, and any negative reactions were noted.
