Primary human dermal fibroblast cells (Lifeline, FC 0024) cultured in complete medium were exposed to Ultraviolet B (UVB) irradiation. The UVB dose (Philip, 311 nm, 20W/01, Germany) was 0.05 J/cm2 /day for 3 days.
