Bioformulations, named ENDOBICA1 and BIORHIZO1, were prepared from B. velezensis TL7 and B. velezensis S1, respectively. Bacterial cells were cultivated under shaking (220 rpm/min.) in LB supplemented with Mg++ ions for at least two days at 28°C. Further processing was performed, such as adjusting the concentration of the culture liquid to a titer of 3.5 x 1010 cells mL-1, and adding of adjuvants and other additives for stabilization. Application of ENDOBICA1 plant took place as a water-diluted spray directed to the leaves and the stem. Diluted BIORHIZO1 was applied directly to the soil in vicinity of the plant roots.
