Exp-2: To study effects of bubbling air in horse blood samples on ratio E, E1, and E2
Exp-3: To measure the effect melanin concentration on the device measured ratio E
Exp-4: To study effects of O2% on ratio E, E1, and E2 and change in concentrations of oxy-hemoglobin and deoxy-hemoglobin in bilayered tissue phantom of horse blood and synthetic melanin
