The MHC Class I peptide tetramer, SIINFEKL/Kb was synthesized by the NIH tetramer core facility (Emory, GA). LN single cell suspensions were incubated with PE-conjugated SIINFEKL/Kb on ice, followed by surface antibodies at 4°C for 30’.
