We used 140 µl of sample Y for the virus analysis to extract 60 μl of RNA samples using a membrane filter method (QIAGEN miniviral RNA kit). We repeated this step twice to obtain 120 μl of RNA samples from sample Y for each site to match the items analyzed by RT-PCR. Real-time PCR (Applied Biosystems 7500 Fast Real-time PCR Instrument System, Thermo Fisher Scientific) was performed using the similar me6thod to diagnose nationally notifiable infectious diseases.
