Added 0.005 mol of Cd(CH3COO)2·2H2O and 0.005 mol of NH2CSNH2 into 80 ml of water and stirred continuously. After dissolution, added a drop of hydrofluoric acid under stirring. Transferred the above suspension to a 100 ml polytetrafluoroethylene reactor, heated to 200°C, and kept for 30 h. The obtained product was centrifuged and washed. The precipitate was collected, dried, and fully ground to obtain CdS.
