For a person i in a certain year, the outcome Yivaccinated, which was 1 if the person was vaccinated in that given year and 0 otherwise, was assumed to follow a Bernoulli distribution:

The logit of the probability of primary vaccination pivaccinated was modelled as follows:

where xi represents the vector of covariates and β the vector of corresponding regression coefficients. The year refers to the year that the outcome was measured.
