The panel formulated the questions addressed in this guideline following the PICO criteria (Population, Intervention, Comparison, and Outcome). Several outcomes of interest for each question were identified, and their relative relevance was graded as follows [11, 13]:
Only "critical" or "important" outcomes were considered in the literature review and subsequently in the formulation of recommendations, according to the criteria shown in Table Table11.
