Sections prepared from all CBs were routinely stained with HE and IHC antibodies. The Ventana BenchMark system (Roche Diagnostics, Basel, Switzerland) was used for IHC. A mixture of equal amounts of p63 and cytokeratin 5/6 (Roche Diagnostics) antibodies was used to detect myoepithelial cells and monoclonal proliferation of epithelial cells [5].
