CryoEM grids were prepared applying three μL of each sample to holey carbon grids (Quantifoil, 1.2/1.3), incubated briefly in the chamber at 4 C with 100% humidity, and vitrified in liquid ethane using a Vitrobot IV (Thermo Fisher Scientific). Grids were then transferred to a Titan Krios microscope, operated at 300 keV, equipped with Falcon III detector for data collection. In total, 3276 movies (SPFMV) and 2260 movies (SPMMV) were collected, each movie containing 32 frames with a dose of ~1e-/A2 per second.
