2.9. ROS quantitative assay DCFDA/H2DCFDA assay

To measure the reactive oxygen species (ROS) level in the FLSs after DMARD treatment, a DCFDA/H2DCFDA ROS assay (Abcam, UK) was conducted. First, the cells were washed twice using DPDS, then treated with DCFDA solution, and left for 1 h. The measurement was taken at Ex/Em = 485/535 nm using a microplate reader. (Synergy H1, BioTek, VT).
