Take 2 mL of PBS with a pH of 7.4, containing tween-80 at a concentration of 1.0wt%. Suspend CUR-NPs in the PBS solution and transfer the mixture into a dialysis bag with a molecular weight cut-off value of 3.5 kDa to seal it. Submerge the dialysis bag in an 8 mL vial filled with PBS and shake the vial at 37oC. At the designated time point, withdraw 1 mL of culture medium from the vial and replace it with an equal volume of fresh buffer solution. Measure the absorbance at a wavelength of 427 nm using UV-vis analysis to quantify CUR release.
