HPLC analysis was accomplished with a 1260–6420 Triple Quad LC/MS (Agilent, USA). The SB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 150, 5 μm, Agilent Technologies, USA) was used as the chromatographic column. The mobile phase was composed of methanol (solvent A) and 0.1 % aqueous formic acid (solvent B). The duration of analysis was 19 min at isocratic conditions when mobile phase composition was 37 % of A and 63 % of B. The temperature of the column was maintained at 25 °C and the injection volume was set to 0.5 μL. The detection wavelength was 280 nm.
