The volume-weighted mean particle diameter (d4,3) was measured by using a laser particle size meter (SYNC, Michick, FL, USA). The continuous-phase refractive index was 1.330 and the dispersed-phase refractive index was 1.475 [5]. The absolute value of ζ-potential was determined by the nanoparticle degree and using a zeta potential analyzer (Nano ZS90, Malvern PANalytical Technology Co., Ltd, Malvern, UK).
