Tissue fragments were cut into 0.3–0.5 mm and placed on the surface of cell culture flasks. After the adhesion of the fragments, BEBM with Single Quots kit + DMEM (1:1) were added. Culture flasks were incubated at 37 °C in a humidified atmosphere of 5% CO2.22
