Mice blood samples were collected from the inferior vena cava. After collection, serum was separated using centrifugation at 3000g at 25 °C for 10 min and stored at − 80 °C until use. Serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total cholesterol, and triglyceride (TG) were examined at the Oriental yeast CO., LTD.
