2.2.3. Scanning Electron Microscopy

The biomasses had settled in the base of the cone-like carafes, and the suspension was tested for scanning electron microscopy (SEM) perception. The scanning electron microscopy of the aqueous solution samples of AgNPs was prepared by setting one drop of the solution on the carbon-covered copper grids, the films on the SEM system were permitted to stand for two min after, and the extra solution was then removed using a blotting paper and drying the grid. The size appropriation of the subsequent nanoparticles was evaluated based on SEM micrographs ( 34 ).
