The R software (version 3.5.1) with corresponding packages and GraphPad Prism 7 (GraphPad Software, Inc.) were used for statistical analyses. Unless specified otherwise above, P<0.05 was considered to indicate a statistically significant difference. The PERL programming language (version 5.30.2; http://www.perl.org) was employed to process data. The Kaplan-Meier method and log rank test were performed to compare the OS between the high- and low-risk groups. The results of analyses were presented as the mean ± standard deviation. The Student's t-test was utilized to analyze the differences between two groups according to the specific. Dunnett's test was the post hoc test used following one-way ANOVA to compare three or more groups.
