2.10. Cell apoptosis

The Annexin V‐FITC/PI apoptosis detection kit (BD Biosciences, CA, USA) was used to detect the apoptosis of A549/DDP cells in each group. The cells were cultured in RPMI‐1640 medium (with or without cisplatin at 2 μg/ml) containing 10% FBS for 48 h. Then about 1 × 10⁶ cells were collected and washed twice with PBS solution. After resuspending in the binding buffer, the cells were stained with Annexin V‐FITC and PI. Finally, the apoptosis rate was analyzed by flow cytometry (BD Biosciences, CA, USA). The Annexin V‐APC/7‐AAD apoptosis detection kit (BD Biosciences, CA, USA) was used to detect the apoptosis of A549 cells in each group.
