The correlations between the clinicopathologic features and ARID1A staining scores were analyzed using the chi-squared test. Survival curves were plotted by the Kaplan–Meier method and analyzed by the log-rank test. Statistical analyses were performed by GraphPad (La Jolla, CA) Prism 8 and SPSS22 software (IBM, Armonk, NY). The results are representative of at least 3 independent experiments performed in triplicate and are expressed as the means ± SD. The data were analyzed using the Student t test.
