Total RNA was extracted and detected by agarose gel electrophoresis (Chen et al., ²⁰¹⁹; Wu et al., ²⁰¹⁹). According to the gene sequence obtained from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), Primer Express software was used to design specific primers for the housekeeping gene β‐actin, as shown in Table S2. EasyScript^® one‐step gDNA removal and cDNA synthesis SuperMix reverse transcription kit was used for cDNA first‐strand synthesis reaction; TransStart^® Top Green qPCR SuperMix kit and real‐time quantitative reverse transcription PCR (ABI7300, Thermo Fisher Scientific Co., Ltd.) were used for the experiments.
