Data were represented the mean ± standard deviation (SD). Statistical differences were conducted with two-tailed unpaired Student’s t test and the χ2 test. Correlation analysis of the expression of MAT2A and PDCD6 was conducted using Spearman’s test. Fisher’s exact and χ2 tests were used to compare categorical proportions between the low and high expression of PDCD6 groups. SPSS 22.0 and GraphPad Prism 6.0 software were conducted in the analyses. P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
