In short, 1 × 104 transfected A549/CDDP and H1299/CDDP cells were introduced into the Seahorse XFe 96 Extracellular Flux Analyzer (Seahorse Bioscience, Billerica, MA, USA), followed by baseline measurements. Whereafter, glucose, oligomycin (oxidative phosphorylation inhibitor), and 2-DG (glycolytic inhibitor) were sequentially injected into each well at indicated time points. Finally, ECAR was measured using XF96 Wave software (Seahorse Bioscience).
