Human gastric cancer cells (MGC80-3and AGS), and human embryonic kidney 293T (HEK293T) cell lines were purchased from the Cell Bank of Chinese Academy of Science (Shanghai, China). MGC80-3 and AGS cells were maintained in RPMI 1640 medium (Hyclone, Cat no. SH30809.01B) with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat no. 04-001-1A-1351574). HEK293T cells were cultured in DMEM medium (Hyclone, Cat no. SH30243.01B+) with 10% FBS. All of the cells were maintained at 37 °C in a humidified atmosphere with 5% CO2.
