T47DMTVL cells transfected with control or BRG1 and BRM siRNAs were cultured as described above. Cells (1 × 104) were plated in a 96‐well plate in the presence or absence of 10 nM R5020. The cell proliferation ELISA BrdU Colorimetric assay (Roche) was performed according to the manufacturer's instructions. Figure 4B shows the percentage increase of proliferation in the presence versus absence of R5020. The experiments were performed in quintuplicate.
