This was a single-site, phase 2, open-label, one-way crossover, clinical pharmacology study (JapicCTI-153100). The pharmacokinetics of vonoprazan were comparatively evaluated in healthy Japanese male subjects when vonoprazan (40 mg) was administered alone or in combination with LDA (100 mg) or NSAIDs [loxoprofen sodium (180 mg), diclofenac sodium (75 mg), or meloxicam (10 mg)]. The pharmacokinetics of aspirin or NSAIDs were evaluated when aspirin or NSAIDs were administered alone and in combination with vonoprazan (Fig. 1).
