TFC, TPC, concentrations of phenolic acids, ABTS, FRAP, and DPPH were expressed as mean ± standard deviation. All extractions were performed in duplicate, and analyses were performed in triplicate. Spearman's rank correlation coefficient (rs) was used to quantify the relationships between the polyphenol content, antioxidant activities, the physicochemical characteristics of solvents and the extraction type. The correlation matrix was visualized using a correlogram with RStudio Version 1.2.1335 using the “corrplot” package. For statistical analysis, STATISTICA 13.1 (StatSoft) was used, with p ≤ 0.05 defined as significant.
