CRC cell lines like HT29, Caco2, SW480, and SW1116 as well as normal human colon epithelial cell line NCM460 were obtained from the American Type Culture Collection. CRC and epithelial cells were cultured with RPMI-1640 medium (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Shanghai, China) containing 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS; Thermo Fisher Scientific). Cells were cultured in a humid incubator with 5% CO2 at 37°C.
