Human non-small cell lung cancer cell lines A549, HCC827, H226, H358, H460, and H1975 and murine Lewis lung carcinoma cells were purchased from the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC; Manassas, VA, USA). Cells were typically cultured in RPMI-1640 (WELGENE, Gyeongsan, Korea) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (Gibco, Carlsbad, CA, USA) and 1% penicillin/streptomycin (Gibco) in humidified incubators at 37 °C with 5% CO2. Recombinant human IFN-γ protein (R&D systems, Minneapolis, MN, USA) was applied at 20 ng/mL, unless indicated otherwise.
