2.9. Specificity Evaluation of Test Strips

The sensitivity of the other seven common heavy metal ions on the test strip was determined based on the cross-reactivity of mAbs with the optimum immune effect. Hg2+ standard solution was diluted to 5 ng/mL and 50 ng/mL with HBS-EDTA solution (pH = 9.0), the other six heavy metal ions were diluted to 50 ng/mL and 500 ng/mL, and they were determined by the prepared LMIA test strip.
