Approximately 3.0 × 103 cells/well were seeded in a 96-well cell culture plate. After stabilization, 1/3 serially diluted compound in DMSO was treated to the cell. After 72 h incubation at 37°C, the cell viability was assessed with CellTiter Glo (Promega, G7572) GI50 values were measured by Graphpad prism 6.0 software. All GI50 values were obtained in duplicate with three independent assays and averages with standard deviation are presented.
