4.5. siRNA Transfection

The small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) specific for YES1 (Silencer^® Select Validated siRNA #4390824) and the non-targeting control (Silencer^® Select Negative Control No.2 siRNA #4390846) were purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific. The cells were reverse-transfected with 10 nM siRNAs mixed with Lipofectamine^® RNAiMAX Transfection (Thermo Fisher Scientific). After the siRNA transfection, the cells were incubated for 72 h under 5% CO₂ at 37 °C.
