The present study was performed on adult albino Wistar rats, weighing 185 ± 200 g. Animals were kept in the animal house at MSA university. They were kept under suitable conditions of humidity and temperature (humidity 60–70%, temperature 24 ± 2 °C). The animals were fed by standard pellet chow (El-Nasr chemical Co., Cairo, Egypt) and were given access to water ad libitum.
