Luciferase reporter assay analysis

The average ratios of the firefly to NanoLuc luciferase replicate values for each condition were compared to the average ratio for the minimal promoter reporter to determine relative luciferase activity. Statistical analyses were performed using Graphpad Prism 8. A p value < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. For all graphs, mean values ± standard deviation (SD) are shown.
