BALB/c male mice were intravenously injected with 200 μL 124I-RBD (0.74 MBq) via tail vein. The mice were sacrificed in groups by cervical dislocation at 0.5, 2, 24 and 60 h p.i.. The main organs, including heart, liver, lung, kidneys, spleen, stomach, bone, muscle, intestines, brain and blood, were collected, weighed and measured for the radioactivity by γ-counter. As a standard, ten samples of 1% injected dose were taken out and measured. The results were expressed as the percent of injected dose per gram (%ID/g).
